📋 Social Work CEs

Unicorn Life Training, #2031, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 01/24/2025 – 01/24/2026. Social workers participating in this symposium will receive up to 12 continuing education credits.

Early bird pricing is available for a limited time. Register early to save $100 on full conference registration. Pricing subject to change without notice.
 
Single-day registrations are available for $325 per day. While we recommend attending both days for the complete experience, single-day registration allows you to participate based on your schedule and still earn 6 CE hours.
 
Student pricing ($399) is available to graduate students currently enrolled in a mental health program. You must provide proof of current enrollment (student ID, enrollment letter, or transcript) at the time of registration.
 
Lunch is not included in the registration fee. There is a 75-minute lunch break each day, and restaurants are conveniently located across the street at Springfield Mall. Hot breakfast, all-day beverages, and morning/afternoon refreshments are included.

Refund Schedule:
• Until April 30, 2026: 75% refund less a $50 administrative fee
• May 1 – June 12, 2026: 50% refund less a $50 administrative fee
• After June 12, 2026: No refunds

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Registration transfers are available upon request up to 7 business days before the start of the symposium. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email and include the name, contact information, and credentials of the new attendee. No administrative fee applies to registration transfers. Transfers requested within 7 business days of the symposium start date may not be accommodated.
Yes! Registrants may request a one-time courtesy transfer to the 2027 Black Play Therapy® Symposium if they are unable to attend in 2026. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing before July 6, 2026. Registration fees paid for 2026 will be applied to the 2027 symposium registration. This courtesy transfer is available one time only and is non-refundable once applied to 2027.
Yes, up to 12 CEs are available for mental health professionals. The CE certificate must be purchased separately for $35. Continuing education credits are available for play therapists, social workers, and professional counselors through our approved providers (APT, ASWB, NBCC). The CE certificate fee is paid separately from your symposium registration.
